Athletes:
Please arrive wearing your full competition uniform, make up & hair.
No charge for any athletes; included is:
- Food and drinks (token system explained below)
- All routines sent for professional judging for feedback
- Professional team pics! Optional individual photos
- Marquee & food truck 

Spectators:
Parents, we’d love to have you come and watch!
It’s $15 for a pre-purchased spectator ticket- you can come and go all day with the one ticket across all
sessions. Includes 1x free drink token! (Food & extra drinks can be purchased). Under 10yrs spectators $10! (under 10 does not include any tokens)

Tickets on the day are $25

Session flow:
Athletes from a set of teams arrive and go inside to warmup and rotate through stations- spectators wait outside. When it’s time for performances, everyone comes inside to watch and support together. Then it’s a bit of free time for photography, food/drinks and getting ready for next sessions. For those that have been to watch before, it’s important to know that the gym is pretty much standing room only while watching routines & can get busy. We’ve arranged a marquee in the carpark for spectators to hang while waiting for performances. You’re welcome to set yourselves up outside and make a day of it!

Parking:
Our gym has limited parking and the carpark will be closed. You’ll likely have to find something in the surrounding streets. So, if you’re up for it, carpooling could fun! The main carpark will be occupied with our food trucks & marquee for athlete safety. If you’ve got anyone who’d prefer a shorter walk, feel free to drop them off by the entrance.

Food Trucks:
Speaking of food trucks, we’ve got a yummy lineup! Athletes, you’ll receive 3 tokens at check-in:
• Gold Token: For a light snack/dessert
• White Token: Your main meal
• Black Token: A drink of your choice
If your tummy’s still rumbling or you want more, additional items are available for
purchase. Spectators, the culinary delights await you too!
